At Ainsworth Aquatics Consulting, our team of seasoned professionals brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial pool and spa industry. Each member is dedicated to delivering exceptional project management and consulting services to ensure your projects succeed.

Jason Ainsworth

Starting out his career as a life guard and pool service technician in
1984. Obtaining his first Specialized commercial swimming pool
contractors license in 1993. Throughout 80s and 90s he built a
professional commercial construction, service and repair company in
his hometown market of Las Vegas. Spending the next 10 years in
specification, training and sales of commercial aquatics equipment
and project management. In 2015 Jason relocated to South Florida,
he assisted in the launch, initial and sustained business operations
for a national aquatic firm as the Principal Qualifier Contractor.
Founding Ainsworth Aquatics in 2022 he now puts his nearly four
decades of commercial aquatics construction experience to work for
you.

Ashley Rust-Martins

Ashley is a graduate at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with
a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. She is experienced in
Construction Project Management. Immediately after college she
began overseeing and managing structural repairs and renovations
projects for upscale Condominiums in South Florida. Soon after she
transitioned to managing high-end commercial swimming pool
renovation and complete remodel projects for numerous
Condominiums and Hotels in South Florida. Joining Ainsworth
Aquatics in 2023, she now manages operations for the firm.
